Prepares agency systems and services for migration to the cloud. Adapts, designs or enhances applications to interface with existing systems as needed. Monitors and evaluates systems and processes for effectiveness makes recommendations for improvement. Participates in designing and implementing systems and services to meet user needs. Anticipates the impact new or modified software and tools will have on existing systems. Maintains existing applications, making changes as needed to meet business needs. Designs, configures, implements and optimizes applications to support the agency’s overall mission.
